The Product Designer will design scalable concepts across platforms and content types, balancing customer needs with business goals, and contribute to features, layouts, and components that grow with the product. They will participate in every stage of the design process, from rough ideas to polished implementation, and help shape user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and QA-ready specs. The role involves balancing consistency with creativity while staying aligned with the design system and proposing thoughtful advancements. They will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to create thoughtful experiences, participate in reviews, share feedback, and navigate trade-offs. Additionally, they will contribute to learning when to follow patterns and when to propose new ones, and participate in user research, incorporating insights to improve designs.
