Requirements

Candidates must have a deep passion for Product Design and UX Design craft, with a commitment to creating meaningful, impactful user experiences. A minimum of 5-7 years as a Product Designer in a fast-paced environment is required, including at least 2 years leading holistic design as a Staff Product Designer or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead design initiatives across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business partners to build coherent, high-quality experiences. Champion the Deel UI/Design System strategy, driving adoption through an iterative approach. Rapidly design, prototype, and test new features based on a deep understanding of business, customers, and technology. Provide mentorship to Product Designers, offering constructive feedback and fostering growth. Partner with product and engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements. Drive clarity from complexity and balance user and business needs to create impactful solutions. Foster alignment across teams by effectively communicating a design vision and facilitating collaboration.
