Requirements

Candidates should possess 6+ years of experience designing and shipping complex web-based products, grounded in data and customer insights, and demonstrate expert design instincts and best practice knowledge to translate user problems into excellent product experiences. They should be self-starters thriving in fast-paced environments, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and experienced in creating and maintaining components across multiple product surfaces in Figma. Furthermore, candidates should be voracious learners, continuously seeking to improve customer experience and stay updated on industry standards and design tools.

Responsibilities

The Staff Product Designer will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts to identify churn drivers and friction points using user research and behavioral data, design experiments and experiences to improve retention and adoption, elevate key moments in the user journey, craft UX that supports self-serve activation and intelligent onboarding, embed habit-forming patterns, regularly interview users and test hypotheses, and collaborate with the broader design organization to maintain a cohesive experience and evolve the design system.
