Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in tech, startups, or digital product agencies. They should demonstrate experience in end-to-end product design, working with developers and PMs to build and ship applications. Extraordinary visual design skills and a strong understanding of UX principles are required, along with a background in visual/interaction design, UX/UI, branding, and typography. Experience with both low and high-fidelity prototyping, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills, is essential.

Responsibilities

The Staff Product Designer will lead design and user experience for significant parts of the product, contributing to the design process from prioritization through launch. They will work directly with Product and Engineering leads to transform company strategy into prioritized initiatives, break down ambiguous problems, and align a cross-functional team. The role involves advocating for users by iterating on core products, collaborating with the design team to evolve the product vision, and participating in team rituals. Additionally, they will help hire new team members and contribute to the design internship program.
