Candidates should possess a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited college of pharmacy and must be currently licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of employment. A minimum of one year of experience as a pharmacist is required, with preference given to candidates with prior experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing the pharmacy team, overseeing the pharmacy as their proxy during bench shifts, strengthening pharmacy performance measures through effective coaching and consistent follow-up of pharmacy team members, and providing feedback about pharmacy team performance to the Pharmacy Manager. You will also be accountable for supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within the pharmacy, including safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, immunizations, and inventory management, while demonstrating empathy and genuine care for patients and collaborating with their total healthcare team.
