Requirements

B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing or Industrial engineering (or equivalent experience)
8+ years in a manufacturing or related role, preferably in aerospace or defense
Deep knowledge of manufacturing, additive manufacturing, and test procedures
Experience with MRP systems and CAD
Strong process documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement mindset
Ability to maintain or obtain TS//SCI clearance
U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
Fully onsite work at factory in Long Beach, CA

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of the hardware manufacturing processes from concept, through quality and final delivery
Define and implement manufacturing plans for complex systems including electrical and propulsion system integration
Lead DFM (Design for Manufacturing) reviews with True Anomaly stakeholders by influencing design decisions for producibility and cost-efficiency
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new manufacturing projects
Partner with supply chain, integration and test teams to ensure readiness for successful delivery of components
Partner with True Anomaly stakeholders to drive execution across departments
Mentor and guide junior manufacturing engineers and technicians in best practices and process disciplines
