Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in IT Engineering, IT Apps Development or DevOps, with at least 5 years dedicated to developing large-scale, enterprise environments where services were automated
  • Deep hands-on experience automating complex operations and governance across major enterprise platforms, including GCP, AWS, and/or Azure
  • Deep hands-on experience with MacOS and iOS. Bonus points for Linux

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design and implementation of automated workflows that provision, de-provision, and manage users and licenses across the organization's critical SaaS ecosystem, including platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Notion, Rippling, and other core business applications
  • Develop scalable, resilient workflow automation solutions to streamline critical business processes, including onboarding/offboarding, access requests, compliance enforcement, and self-service IT support
  • Design and implement solutions for the automated lifecycle management of various endpoints and assets, including corporate laptops, mobile devices, and servers, ensuring configuration consistency and rapid compliance remediation
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for integrating disparate systems by building robust, fault-tolerant connections using APIs and event-driven architectures
  • Drive automation within the IAM infrastructure, focusing on automated role assignment, least-privilege policy enforcement, and audit-friendly logging of authentication/authorization events
  • Drive the architecture and engineering of robust data platforms for IT, ensuring efficient collection, normalization, and secure storage of high-volume enterprise data for reporting, audit, and advanced analytics
  • Act as a force multiplier for the team, establishing engineering best practices, leading code reviews, documenting architectures, and mentoring other engineers in automation principles
