Responsibilities

  • Design and build automations across Built’s IT ecosystem using Okta Workflows, Atlassian Automation, and API integrations
  • Connect systems across identity, HR, procurement, and collaboration platforms to eliminate manual steps and reduce toil
  • Create resilient, auditable, and scalable workflows that make IT operations faster and smarter
  • Continuously identify new automation opportunities
  • Act as the go-to expert for complex identity, SaaS, endpoint, and networking challenges
  • Administer and optimize systems like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira, Intune, and Kandji
  • Partner with the IAM Engineer to evolve Okta infrastructure and expand SCIM coverage
  • Improve zero-touch deployment, compliance enforcement, and remote access with tools like Kandji, Intune, and Twingate
  • Evaluate and implement new SaaS platforms that make the business stronger, safer, and more efficient
  • Work closely with Security, Finance, HR, and Compliance to keep IT practices secure, auditable, and compliant
  • Partner with Procurement (via Zip) and vendors to manage renewals, licensing, and integrations
  • Refine onboarding, offboarding, and access lifecycle processes to deliver frictionless user experiences
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing through clear Confluence documentation and IT service improvements in Jira Service Management
  • Take ownership of key infrastructure projects from concept to deployment
  • Bring structure, automation, and scalability to growing systems
  • Act as a mentor and technical resource for IT Support, helping raise the team’s overall technical bar
  • Help define and build “world-class IT” at Built
