Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with Resource Coordinators, Delivery Managers and Technical Leads to understand external staffing requirements on client engagement projects for all geographies and Practices
  • Works with Delivery Manager(s) and Practice Manager(s) to identify appropriate resources based on requested skills, geographic location, and working hours
  • Liaises with Agencies and Independent Contractors for temporary staffing needs
  • Reviews candidate’s resumes, schedules interviews, reviews feedback, confirms allocation, creates contracts, onboards individuals
  • Manages issues and relationships with Partner Agencies
  • Collaborates in the development of processes and systems to identify, track, action and report on Subcontracting
  • Liaises with agencies and Independent Contractors to fill vacancies in a timely manner
  • Facilitates the priority and fulfillment of external staffing requests
  • Maintains awareness of existing or potential external resource escalation issues and recommends resolution
  • Schedules external resource interviews with technical employees and Delivery Managers
  • Supports candidate screening processes
  • Organizes and implements sustainable Subcontracting and Partnership strategy
  • Identifies hard to fill roles and takes proactive actions
  • Assists in subcontractor onboarding
  • Gathers feedback on performance and mitigates risks
  • Identifies and measures Subcontracting KPIs
  • Prepares and presents KPI reports
  • Creates and submits reports for upper management
  • Uses sound judgment, application of general business principles and demonstrates initiative in carrying out assigned duties
  • Ensures the internal PSA tool is up to date to enable operations run smoothly
  • Identifies improvements that can be made to existing processes
  • Follows Resource Management Governance
  • May perform other duties as required
