Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring video production teams is essential, as is a comprehensive understanding of video production workflows, including scripting, shooting, editing, and distribution.
As the Sr. Video Production Manager, Team Lead, you will develop and execute video content strategies to support demand generation, brand awareness, and product marketing campaigns, overseeing the full video production process from concept to distribution. You will manage a team of video editors and freelancers, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of diverse video content, including social media videos, customer stories, product demos, and repurposed events. Additionally, you will maintain Conductor’s YouTube channel and collaborate closely with executives on video projects, fostering a fast-paced, agile workflow and continuously improving production standards.
