Requirements

Responsibilities

The Sr Value Strategy Services Associate will support customer-centric Inspire Value teams by demonstrating the business value of ServiceNow solutions for customer transformation objectives. This role involves assessing how ServiceNow platform capabilities translate to customer business value, conducting quantitative analysis for ROI models, TCO calculations, and industry comparisons, and performing research on customer industries, trends, and benchmarks. Responsibilities also include maintaining and updating reusable consulting content like templates and case studies, and helping to standardize and improve workflows for value consulting to ensure high-quality, timely delivery. The associate will manage communications with customers, account teams, and shared services stakeholders, operating with a speed and scale mindset.
