Responsibilities

As a Sr. Underwriter, you will accept, retain, and classify moderate exposure new and renewal policies, manage an assigned underwriting territory to identify business trends and ensure profitability, make decisions on larger and more complex assignments, provide input into strategic recommendations for portfolio profitability, and potentially lead projects or research activities. You will also research agency and market data, review individual risks, complete underwriting transactions, and provide guidance to less experienced underwriters.
