The preference is for this role to be based out of the San Mateo, CA headquarters, but they are open to candidates located in any of the U.S. offices including Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Austin, New York, Tampa, or Philadelphia.
You'll manage a portfolio of tradeshows including strategy, planning, end-to-end execution, logistics, vendor relationships, and pre/during/post-show programs to drive demand generation and brand presence.
The role requires being strategic and highly organized, with skills in tradeshow strategy, event execution, logistics management, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional partnership with sales and marketing teams.
This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Director of Events, as a core member of the Marketing organization partnering with field marketing, sales, product marketing, demand generation, and channel teams.
Strong candidates are strategic and highly organized professionals with experience managing high-impact tradeshows, event execution, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive pipeline and brand goals.
