Requirements

Candidates should possess a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, and relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations such as CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD, or CIS-CSM, along with Micro-Certifications. They must also have at least 8 years of experience in configuration and development for complex, highly-capable technologies, including experience with ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Technical Consultant will serve as the technical expert for customer engagements, configuring ServiceNow Service Delivery products based on best practices to accelerate customer business outcomes. They will support customer process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis, advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow capabilities, lead design workshops, draft user stories, guide system administrators, develop integration components, prepare customer deliverables, and manage multiple projects. Additionally, they will support sales activities, provide training, and promote continuous improvement practices, potentially traveling up to 50% annually to meet customer needs.
