Requirements

Candidates must possess 7+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, with at least 2 years focused on developing ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro modules. They should have 5+ years of advanced scripting experience in Java or Python, 5+ years of ServiceNow API/Integration capabilities, and 5+ years of ServiceNow Portal Development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and related technologies. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience) is also required.

Responsibilities

The Staff ServiceNow IT Asset Management Developer/Engineer will support the design, execution, and maintenance of SAM Pro and HAM Pro modules, as well as ServiceNow integrations across multiple modules. This role involves liaising with technology teams and process owners to define, execute, and manage application sustainment, enhancement, and new development, reporting to the Lead IT Director, Architecture. They will also serve as the first point of contact for defect management and new enhancements development for Asset Management, collaborating cross-functionally with other ServiceNow Platform areas.
