Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or training and development roles. Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions, including multi-modal approaches, is required. Demonstrated ability to conduct learning needs analysis and evaluate learning effectiveness is also necessary.
The Sr. Talent Development Partner will collaborate with HR Strategic Business Partners to identify and prioritize learning needs within assigned business functions, conduct skills assessments, and recommend appropriate learning solutions to address knowledge gaps and performance issues. This role involves acting as a learning content curator, identifying and contextualizing relevant information for target audiences, and overseeing numerous learning initiatives at PointClickCare to align with business strategies and objectives.
