Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 3-5 years of experience in recruitment specifically for technology businesses, along with hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals. Experience in candidate assessment and management is also required.
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Associate will strategize to build talent pipelines, execute research and sourcing campaigns, find and engage active/passive candidates, work with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize sourcing efforts, utilize an Applicant Tracking System, and implement modern sourcing methods. They will also contribute to candidate assessment and management, and support the recruitment team in managing the hiring pipeline.
