Requirements

Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., TS16949)
Experience with APQP, PPAP, SEG, SCR, QIP, and CPM processes
Ability to evaluate supplier performance using PPM and incoming inspection
Familiarity with supplier audits, EPC, and incoming inspection planning
Supervisory skills for incoming inspectors
Compliance with safety rules, emergency preparedness, fire prevention, environmental controls, and waste material processes

Responsibilities

Lead issuing and tracking supplier quality problems
Maintain stable supplier quality
Control nonconforming material requests (NCMR)
Review supplier quality and plan internal/external audits
Implement Plant EPC and confirm Supplier EPC
Plan and implement inspections for components (incoming inspection, control methods)
Ensure components traceability and treat nonconforming parts
Conduct regular or irregular supplier contact
Support APQP and attend SEG for projects
Implement continuous improvement programs and quality improvement planning for nonconforming parts
Support customer reports and documents
Hold quality meetings with suppliers
Evaluate supplier performance by PPM and incoming inspection
Operate CPM process and attend SCR & QIP meetings
Control general incoming inspection, EPC, and regular components audits
Review supplier PPAP and components SC with GSM & SDE
Issue chargebacks (invoices) for nonconforming materials
Evaluate contamination for assembly and components
Supervise incoming inspectors
Plan and implement regular audits
Manage QMS and implement TS16949 system audits
