Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, chemistry, physics, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Quality, Supplier Quality, or Supplier Management
2+ years of experience in the Aerospace industry
Working knowledge of AS9100 and other aerospace industry standards
Ability and technical skills to lead and perform conformity inspections

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and conduct initial and maintenance approval assessments of suppliers
Plan, organize, and conduct onsite audits of Wisk procured material, parts, and assemblies
Develop and mature supplier quality processes and procedures
Assess supplier capability and capacity to perform work and comply with specifications
Conduct root cause and corrective action analysis and implement preventative action
Provide education on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues, and company initiatives
Conduct source inspections and conformity inspections (8130-9)
Identify risks and hold suppliers accountable for risk mitigation
Support regulatory agency audits and conformity inspections (FAA)
Travel within the United States and foreign countries as needed
