The role reports to the VP of Market Development as a senior individual contributor and involves collaboration with Product, Marketing, Partner Growth, Sales Ops/Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Policy teams.
Strong candidates have 6–9 years of relevant experience in partnerships or business development in energy/EV/climate tech, proven track record of closing and activating partner deals, experience with financial modeling and EV ecosystems, and skills in negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and structured communication.
Facilitates EV-grid integration and optimization
