Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and identify key customer needs, utilizing this knowledge to enhance sales opportunities and improve customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score - NPS)
  • Acquire new business and conduct customer visits in the field
  • Collaborate with team from assigned office location when not in the field
