Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization, fluency in Japanese and English, and a technical understanding of education technology, web technology, systems integration, SaaS, student information systems, APIs, and other relevant technologies. They should also be self-motivated, self-reliant, collaborative, and communicative, with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

The Senior Solutions Engineer will partner with Channel Account Managers and Channel Partners to manage complex opportunities, develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations, discover and analyze customer goals, respond to technical requirements in RFIs/RFPs, and document customer requirements to support evaluations and implementations. They will also be responsible for partnering with customer experience teams to ensure an amazing customer experience and continuously developing their skills.
