Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience as a Solutions / Enterprise Architect, pre-sales consultant or any relevant position
  • Good working knowledge of SIP and related protocols, their interoperability with PBX & SBC technology stacks, including surrounding networking, security, and messaging technologies
  • Familiarity with APIs and related technologies
  • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to a business-focused audience effectively and efficiently
  • A proactive, self-sufficient, flexible approach with a willingness to learn new skills and disciplines, working both independently and as part of multi-disciplinary teams
  • The ability to communicate with and guide customers based on industry best practices, rooted in personal experience
  • Experience with UCaaS, CCaaS, and CPaaS applications, as well as exposure to platforms with which they interface with would be beneficial
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written form, and any additional languages would be a plus
  • Travel is expected to be 20-30% of your time, including international

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout the sales, onboarding, and implementation process
  • Deliver customized product demos and presentations tailored to customer needs
  • Collaborate with customers at all organizational levels to understand and address technical requirements
  • Design and recommend Bandwidth-based solutions, providing architectural and deployment guidance
  • Gather and share customer feedback and market insights with Product and Marketing teams
  • Develop and deliver technical training and enablement for Sales, Support, and other teams
  • Support Sales by responding to RFPs and technical inquiries
  • Stay current on industry trends, technology innovations, and regulatory requirements
  • Represent Bandwidth at industry events and public forums to showcase solutions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet customer and market needs
  • Coach and mentor technical sellers and customer-facing staff
  • Drive customer adoption and long-term satisfaction through ongoing support and relationship building
