Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and have at least 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture, with a strong focus on hybrid cloud and enterprise networking solutions. Demonstrated knowledge of Cisco technologies, including routing/switching, SD-WAN, wireless, and network security architectures is essential, along with relevant Cisco certifications.

Responsibilities

The Senior Solution Architect will serve as the technical lead in pre-sales engagements, collaborating with account executives to understand client requirements and develop tailored infrastructure solutions for casinos and hotels supporting gaming systems, property management, and guest Wi-Fi. They will design and present end-to-end solutions, lead client workshops, create Statements of Work, and advise clients on Cisco solutions. Furthermore, the role involves acting as a trusted advisor, supporting internal teams, staying current with emerging technologies, and participating in RFP responses and architectural reviews.
