Requirements

Candidates must possess a Salesforce Administrator certification, a solid understanding of Sales and Service Cloud, experience with Flows, and the ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. They should also demonstrate proficiency in building formula fields, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity, along with a firm grasp of Salesforce.com standard methodologies and functionality, and strong data manipulation, migration, and management abilities.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Salesforce Administrator will serve as a domain specialist and systems administrator for the organization's Salesforce CRM, helping to maximize efficiency and scale. They will participate in implementation and integration projects, working with multiple teams to refine user roles, permissions, and controls, and support testing and validation of new and existing functionality. This role also involves providing outstanding internal support on system issues, evaluating system capabilities, identifying opportunities, and implementing timely solutions to streamline business processes, learning new systems and tools to improve processes and architecture, and documenting requirements, design, and analyzing reports or queries.
