Requirements

Candidates should possess 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce, professional experience with at least one full lifecycle Salesforce.com implementation, experience with JavaScript and SF Lightning, experience with CI/CD related processes and systems, strong SFDC knowledge and Integration components for SFDC, knowledge of deploying, customizing, and maintaining CRM systems, and experience working within Scrum/Agile environments. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is desired, along with Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.

Responsibilities

The Senior Salesforce Developer will participate in group sessions to ensure coding best practices and maintain code quality, serve as a visionary by partnering with architects and recommending SFDC Platform improvements, drive user story analysis and design, ensure high code quality through unit tests and automation, collaborate with internal and external partners for Salesforce CRM capabilities, build customized solutions in Salesforce.com and associated systems, deliver effective development of Salesforce Best Practices, balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently, maintain high levels of code coverage and unit testing, share knowledge with other developers, perform code review, and manage production releases for the entire Salesforce org.
