Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience with at least 2 years of Sales Recruitment experience
  • Customer-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and direct sourcing/outreach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume recruitment environment
  • Handle extremely sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion
  • Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Preferred: ATS experience – Workday Recruitment preferred
  • Preferred: Life sciences recruitment experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, dispositioning and closing candidates
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future openings across the US
  • Leverage market data, competitive intelligence and make hiring recommendations including market trends and analytics
  • Provide meaningful metrics around the market, hiring trends and any additional data on open roles and future opportunities
  • Deliver best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Drive and manage interview selection processes and lead debrief sessions
  • Serve as a liaison with employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure goals are achieved
  • Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policies, employee benefit offerings, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Other duties as assigned
