Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field
4-5+ years of experience in reporting and analysis, Business operations (preferably Customer Success), financial analysis, or a similar role
Expert proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., complex pivot tables, array formulas, data modeling, INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP)
Strong, hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC), specifically in creating complex reports, dashboards and gathering requirements
Proven experience in analysis, including data management, forecasting, and performance metrics
Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy

Responsibilities

Analyze and report on key Customer Success metrics through CS Operational tools
Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Google Sheets to provide clear, actionable insights for Value Services leadership and the wider Chief Customer Officer organization
Act as a subject matter expert for Value Services data in Salesforce
Data quality management for SFDC and CS platform
QBR prep, customer health monitoring and Ad-hoc analysis
Provide strategic insights: identify trends, patterns, and areas for operational improvement; proactively present findings and data-backed recommendations to stakeholders
System administration (user management, workflows)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Customer Success, Support, Sales, Finance, and IT) to refine and streamline the end-to-end operational processes that support the PS team
