The Sales Compensation Analyst will provide support for sales compensation systems and address general questions from the APAC sales field. They will perform audits to ensure data integrity across systems for accurate compensation and offer insights for increased efficiency. The analyst will also propose and present ideas effectively in writing to influence decisions and outcomes within tight timelines, and ensure sales incentive plans are implementable through tools, processes, and controls.
