Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or a security clearance (may be required)
  • Experience content planning, writing, and leading sections/volumes in response to multi-phase and quick-turn government RFP/Q/Is
  • Excellent technical and persuasive writing skills
  • Proven ability to interview subject matter experts and synthesize technical information
  • Domain understanding and knowledge of VA, CMS, OPM, SEC, and/or DoD
  • Tech-savvy with experience communicating technical information to various stakeholders
  • Understanding of key IT initiatives and concepts (Agile, cloud, DevSecOps, HCD, IT modernization, cybersecurity, data analytics, etc.)
  • Familiarity with federal government contracting, including regulations (e.g., FAR) and compliance

Responsibilities

  • Content planning and production of proposals submitted to various federal agencies
  • Working directly with proposal, BD, capture, solutioning, and operations teams
  • Ensuring proposals are compelling, compliant, and responsive
  • Managing relationships and working with partners to ensure stakeholder engagement
  • Communicating, writing, and presenting technical information to all levels of stakeholders
  • Performing other related duties as assigned
