Authorized to work in the United States
Bachelor’s degree
Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or a security clearance (may be required)
Experience content planning, writing, and leading sections/volumes in response to multi-phase and quick-turn government RFP/Q/Is
Excellent technical and persuasive writing skills
Proven ability to interview subject matter experts and synthesize technical information
Domain understanding and knowledge of VA, CMS, OPM, SEC, and/or DoD
Tech-savvy with experience communicating technical information to various stakeholders
Understanding of key IT initiatives and concepts (Agile, cloud, DevSecOps, HCD, IT modernization, cybersecurity, data analytics, etc.)
Familiarity with federal government contracting, including regulations (e.g., FAR) and compliance

Responsibilities

Content planning and production of proposals submitted to various federal agencies
Working directly with proposal, BD, capture, solutioning, and operations teams
Ensuring proposals are compelling, compliant, and responsive
Managing relationships and working with partners to ensure stakeholder engagement
Communicating, writing, and presenting technical information to all levels of stakeholders
Performing other related duties as assigned
