Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred
  • Must reside in Atlanta or be willing to relocate
  • 18 months or more executing in the field as a Retail Execution Specialist (RES) handling large format stores (i.e., Walmart, Kroger, etc.) within the BODYARMOR system
  • Proven expert in relevant tools (RedZone, GoSpotCheck, etc.) with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs and delivering measurable results
  • Strong selling skill set and ability to influence store/ownership personnel through fact-based data selling
  • Position requires substantial local travel (~75%) within identified territories
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently within a large market and multitask across RES territories
  • Strong interpersonal and time-management skills, and ability to effectively communicate successes, challenges and opportunities, verbally and in writing, cross-functionally and through all levels of management
  • Willingness to understand and engage in the activities BODYARMOR & POWERADE consumers are engaged in

Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Collaborative leader responsible for managing the local RES team in the geography through onboarding, coaching and development of each individual RES
  • Opportunity Identification: Use the tools provided to analyze market opportunities for the team and the business
  • Utilization of Technology: Utilize company-provided technology for real-time daily reporting, analyze reports, and leverage insights to drive success in-market
  • Sales Growth and Merchandising: Identify, capitalize on, and negotiate for opportunities to grow the base business, increase sales, optimize display space, and improve productivity while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Creative Display Management: Assist with the installation and maintenance of creative displays aligned with branding initiatives, creating disruption points throughout the store to engage consumers with our brands
  • Program Execution: Ensure the local RES team is efficiently executing all sales programs and initiatives, including selling-in promotional programs, ensuring customer compliance, and achieving maximum brand potential
  • Collaboration: Partner with Coca-Cola Field Sales and BASN Field team to execute sales and merchandising plans effectively, maintain product inventory levels, minimize out-of-stocks, and uphold company merchandising standards
  • Territory Account Maintenance: Handle tasks such as maintaining store lists for RES routes, identifying stores to add or delete from local RES routes and optimizing daily RES routes for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead by Example: Maintain a route of 20 outlets with direct responsibility for driving program execution, creative display management and collaboration with the local Coca Cola team
