Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in wealth management, with a strong understanding of fiduciary duties, applicable laws, estate planning techniques, and financial planning principles. They should also have extensive knowledge of governing documents and account agreements, as well as familiarity with trust and tax law.
The Sr Relationship Advisor will manage an assigned account base of sophisticated wealth management clients by collaborating with client service teams and advisors to understand client needs and goals, leading client conversations focused on goals-driven wealth management and holistic advice, and providing proactive advice on NT’s products, regulatory changes, and appropriate actions. They will also maintain extensive knowledge of NT resources, identify opportunities for relationship enhancement, cultivate relationships with referral sources, travel to meet clients, teach and mentor less experienced partners, advise Relationship Advisors on fiduciary issues, and participate in community and professional organizations.
