  • Close collaboration with Regional Client Marketing Teams, Global Marketing Teams (Product Marketing, Content, Insights & Analytics), Technology, third-party vendors, and Visa Consulting & Analytics
  • Ability to integrate strategic planning with detailed execution

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate workstreams within Global Marketing Services, Loyalty, Digital Experience and Capabilities, and Technology to support global implementation and development of Visa’s MarTech platform
  • Oversee cross-functional workstreams, maintain comprehensive program status reports, and drive accountability to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of commercialization milestones
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; develop and execute mitigation strategies; provide executive-ready status updates to senior leadership
  • Lead the development and global rollout of sales enablement resources, playbooks, and training programs for frontline sales teams
  • Project manage global MarTech commercialization workstreams
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing Services, Loyalty, Digital Experience, Technology, and regional stakeholders to drive implementation, enhancement, and commercialization
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of program milestones by tracking deliverables and holding stakeholders accountable
  • Assess and address risks to launch success and deliver status updates for leadership decision-making
  • Foster collaboration across global and regional teams
