Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of prior industry experience in construction, permitting, and engineering. Prior experience managing infrastructure service providers (vendors) is also required, along with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Sr Program Manager Engineering & Construction will lead project management of fiber and copper engineering and construction build plans, direct local engineers and vendor partners in design reviews, manage engineering design changes, provide process support to the network team, project manage cross-functional process changes to optimize fiber build efficiency, drive the company culture, create strategies to achieve business goals, manage regional systems support, create priorities and actionable items for the team, work on national scorecard analysis, plan out mitigation and program recovery strategies, assist in the development of processes and tools, serve as a regional point person for national efforts, and create reports using data and presentations.
