Responsibilities

Align programs with the organization's strategic objectives and business goals. Clearly define the scope of the program, including deliverables and outcomes. Establish clear and measurable program objectives
Collaborate with design leadership to contribute to the creation of world-class interaction designs, offering assistance from initial concept ideation through the entire design process up to the product shipping stage
Identify and allocate resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment. Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address and resolve issues that may impact the program's success
Engage with various stakeholders, including executives, project managers, and team members
Gather and manage requirements from stakeholders to shape the program
Develop and manage the program schedule, setting realistic timelines and milestones. Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet standards
Implement effective change control processes to manage alterations to the program scope, schedule, and resources. Communicate changes to stakeholders and ensure alignment
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for program success. Make data-driven decisions based on performance metrics
