Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in cloud network engineering, automation, or infrastructure roles, with proven hands-on expertise in designing and managing network architectures across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Advanced proficiency in Terraform and Ansible for automated infrastructure provisioning and configuration management is required, along with a strong understanding of core networking concepts including Routing, NAT, VPNs, DNS, firewalls, and traffic management. Experience with CI/CD workflows, preferably using GitLab Pipeline and Git commands, scripting proficiency in Python and JavaScript, and familiarity with integrating and managing security appliances (Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, NGINX) are also necessary. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is required, and candidates must be US citizens, naturalized citizens, or permanent residents holding a green card to support US Federal/Public Sector customers and pass a ServiceNow background screening including a credit check, criminal/misdemeanor check, and drug test.
The Senior Staff Cloud Network Engineer will design, automate, and engineer secure, scalable, and production-grade network infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role involves designing secure, scalable, and resilient cloud network architectures, engineering robust solutions for cloud networking services like VNETs/VPCs, private connectivity, DNS, UDR, and Load balancing, and evaluating/improving network patterns, design methodologies, and deployment strategies. Responsibilities also include automating network provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, Git, and CI/CD pipelines, designing and developing reusable Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) modules, and applying cloud-native and third-party network security controls. The engineer will collaborate with Systems Engineering, Security Engineering, and Platform teams to align network engineering with application, platform, and security goals, and contribute to the development and maintenance of internal standards, design reviews, documentation, and tooling improvements.
