Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience working with a SaaS software provider
  • 7+ years’ experience in product marketing, sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support
  • Proven success in launching and scaling products in competitive markets
  • Deep understanding of buyer personas, customer journeys, and sales cycles in complex selling environments
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in executing change management initiatives
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn while at the same time deliver results
  • Healthcare background a plus
  • Proven ability of solving complex issues
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points; analyze market trends, competitive offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and develop effective product messaging
  • Develop and communicate compelling messaging frameworks and value propositions tailored to buyer personas, verticals, and use cases. Ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints
  • Architect and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases. This involves collaborating on marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and pricing and packaging strategies across teams
  • Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, inclusive of identifying competitors’ strengths, weaknesses, and market position using this information to understand the market and how our product offerings can be differentiated
  • Create high-impact marketing materials and collateral to support all sales and marketing efforts. Collaborate with demand generation and digital teams to amplify reach
  • Design and deliver sales enablement programs that equip sales and client-facing teams with the necessary tools, training and knowledge about the products and packages we offer. Create playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks and training sessions. Maintain sales enablement content software to ensure it is updated and easily accessible for the sales team
  • Track key performance indicators to assess the success of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions for future improvements in messaging, positioning, and targeting
  • Act as a strategic advisor to product managers, sales and market team. Facilitate alignment across teams to ensure cohesive product narratives and market execution
  • Participate in the training and/or mentoring programs as assigned or required
  • Adhere to the Quest Analytics Values and support a positive company culture
  • Respond to the needs and requests of clients and Quest Analytics management and staff in a professional and expedient manner
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed
