Requirements

The candidate must be based in Brazil and possess advanced English speaking skills. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager is required, along with experience in the financial market, debt recovery, and agile methodologies. Proficiency in REST API requests (e.g., via Postman), SQL queries, financial math, and microservices/events architecture is essential. Desirable qualifications include experience with revolving credit products and the cards market, prior experience as a developer, and revolving credit product experience outside of Brazil.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will identify needs for new products and features based on internal, market, and customer demands, and build and manage the product roadmap aligned with company strategy. Responsibilities include conducting regular discovery to evolve functionalities, products, and the platform, and delivering concise user stories, epics, and user workflows. The role involves writing product requirements documents, serving as the primary point of contact for product-related questions, and ensuring features align with existing ones. The Product Manager will discuss REST APIs, events, microservices, and cloud architecture with engineering teams, perform SQL queries for data extraction, and lead products from discovery to delivery. They will also refine and plan efforts according to executive priorities and product evolution plans, negotiate with stakeholders, and cultivate communication with internal and external clients to identify needs and improvements.
