Requirements

5+ years of experience in product management for enterprise software platforms, ideally in data infrastructure, with data storage and/or real-time streaming experience a plus
Experience with Cloud infrastructure products, e.g. for IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS platforms
Familiarity with event streaming, data integration tools (like Kafka Connect, Debezium), real-time pipeline platforms (FiveTran, Airbyte, Streamsets) and/or CDC-based applications
Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to concisely explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences (and vice-versa)
Strong project management skills, including the ability to guide and lead multiple complex projects simultaneously
Comfortable working with a 100% distributed / remote team, collaborating in GitHub/JIRA, Slack, Google docs and other modern productivity tools independently, in the open
Comfortable switching context frequently to address customer, engineering, and go-to-market issues and requests
Experience working closely with highly technical products and customers
Nice to Have
Shipped enterprise-grade feature sets for data infrastructure products and services (especially distributed systems)
Worked with public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud-native in

Responsibilities

Meet with customers, analyze the competitive landscape, and identify market opportunities to shape our company's product strategy
Define requirements for new Redpanda Connect features such as new connectors, transformations, Agentic AI use cases, UI/UX workflows, observability, and integration points with Redpanda’s streaming platform
Communicate new features internally and externally and help define value propositions, messaging, and pricing
Analyze the data integration landscape and translate insights into a differentiated product strategy
Collaborate with multiple internal teams (including Engineering, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing) to ensure we ship the right features at the right time, with the right scope and user experience context
Own delivery of features end-to-end, picking up tasks wherever needed, reviewing documentation, and defining analytics required to measure success after rollout
