Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have at least 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS, data products, and API integrations. Strong experience in clinical operations, life sciences, or similarly complex, regulated data-intensive domains is preferred. A solid technical foundation and the ability to partner effectively with engineering teams are essential, along with experience in defining technical product specifications, including API contracts and data dictionaries. Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis is also required.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will lead Scrum meetings, manage and prioritize the product backlog for data feeds and external API integrations, define technical product specifications, translate customer data workflow requirements into scalable solutions, collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams, act as a liaison between platform engineering and data consumers, investigate and resolve data issues, drive insights from data metrics, and support the long-term strategy for data extensibility. You will also communicate the impact of product changes and demonstrate a system-level understanding of data performance.
