Requirements

  • At least 4 years of product management or equivalent experience, delivering high-quality features across multiple platforms (Android, iOS, and Web)
  • Successful track record shipping high-quality consumer-facing products from a user-centric perspective
  • Excited to solve complex problems with a collaborative attitude and understand the value of ruthless prioritization
  • Ability to clearly communicate to peers and stakeholders the importance of current work to the company, recognize diminishing returns, and know when to pivot
  • Methodically analyze user insights about the product to serve as the voice of the customer while crafting roadmap
  • Ready to roll up sleeves and adapt to any role necessary, wearing multiple hats to meet evolving needs of users and business

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a key product surface for Match, OurTime, and Stir
  • Drive product discovery by developing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to explore and create engaging experiences that benefit users and the business
  • Collaborate with global leaders in dating to drive the category forward through innovative experiences
  • Influence and learn from numerous brands with diverse communities and unique goals for connection
  • Guide concepts from initial discovery through product delivery and iteration, collaborating closely with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and other teams
  • Understand technical and design trade-offs to work with the team on innovative solutions balancing speed with quality
  • Leverage user data and key metrics to assess impact of work and identify new growth opportunities
  • Make strategic, data-informed decisions, balance trade-offs, and effectively communicate changes, decisions, and progress to stakeholders across the company
