Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an operational role, prioritizing and managing projects, with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to drive processes and consistently meet established key performance markers
  • Flexible and creative mindset to drive standard process solutions to a wide variety of business and technical challenges
  • Passion for process improvement and proven capability to develop documentation

  • Experience with Workfront, Confluence/Wiki, SAP, SFDC, Dynamics 365, and SKU creation a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the creation and implementation of SKUs and pricing to support product and offer launches
  • Coordinate the full operational lifecycle to ensure smooth execution across systems
  • Influence pricing strategies to align with business goals and ensure their successful implementation through quote-to-cash processes
  • Build and maintain project plans to execute business decisions, track deliverables, and resolve issues
  • Work cross-functionally to communicate strategy and project impacts clearly
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Serve as the single point of contact for initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and removing blockers to drive progress
  • Collaborate with upstream and downstream stakeholders to ensure pricing decisions are effectively implemented across downstream systems
