About the Role

The Sr. Partner Director will report directly to the Senior Director, Industry Lead. This role is responsible for building new and expanding relationships with strategic retail clients in the Enterprise Retail vertical.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.

Role Responsibilities

  • New Business:
    • Activate and generate new leads with new or existing contacts with this partner.
    • Contribute to revenue targets within your Pod.
    • Independently craft proposals and meet with prospects to share Fetch’s vision, strategy, and value proposition.
    • Leverage data in proposals to show brand partners the power of Fetch in driving their business forward.
    • Serve as the sole point of influence for decision-makers on Fetch’s partner teams, showing brands the power of Fetch and guiding them to full partnership. You are highly comfortable engaging directly with executive leadership.
    • Demonstrate expert knowledge of Fetch's offerings and tech/product/marketing pipeline, understanding where Fetch is and where we're going to get new partners/brands to full partnership.
    • Work closely and collaboratively with the Industry Lead and Account Managers (AMs) on offer details, programming, and calibration.
    • Remain up-to-date on digital media/marketing industry trends, network, and demonstrate subject matter expertise in the retail space to prospective partners.

Minimum Requirements

  • 12+ years of new business, enterprise sales experience in digital media.
  • Existing relevant vertical expertise in enterprise retail accounts is highly preferred, with experience targeting relevant stakeholders such as VP-level+ marketing, media, and executive contacts.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel.

Preferred Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in generating new leads from new or existing partners.
  • Meeting or exceeding goals around metrics such as new brands signed, new brands activated, new revenue generated, and brand penetration.
  • Embracing objections as opportunities for education and finding solutions.

Compensation

Fetch offers competitive compensation packages including base, equity, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is $175,000 - $200,000.
