Sr Operator Manufacturing

Candidates must be students with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, good attention to detail, and the capacity to follow written instructions and record data accurately. Proficiency with computers and email is necessary, along with good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to follow complex procedures. Adherence to Good Manufacturing Principles, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to putting the customer first are essential. The role requires personal accountability for daily presence, performance, productivity, safety, compliance, quality, and security, as well as taking initiative to share improvement ideas. Manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential.
