Requirements

Responsibilities

The Sr Operator Manufacturing will proactively drive to eliminate unsafe situations or practices, adhering to work instructions, standard operating procedures, and standard works. Responsibilities include assembling products using written instructions, blueprints, and drawings, performing inspections of in-process and finished products, and ensuring daily schedule adherence. Operators will understand and work towards departmental performance and safety metrics, demonstrating the company's 4i values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.
