Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Digital, or a related field
10+ years of work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in digital marketing
Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
Strong understanding of customer journey management, digital marketing strategy, and campaign operations
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Creative and strategic mindset with excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of key omnichannel customer engagement projects, coordinate cross-functional resources, monitor progress, and provide regular updates on project outcomes to drive continuous execution and optimization of the omnichannel strategy
Collaborate closely with Business Units and Marketing Teams to co-design and execute digital marketing initiatives across Gilead’s owned channels (including face-to-face calls, WeChat, and meetings), enhancing customer engagement quality and strengthening brand impact
Oversee the design and optimization of user journeys and experiences within the omnichannel engagement ecosystem, ensuring consistent, seamless, and value-driven scientific interactions across all channels and touchpoints
Collaborate closely with internal Commercial Operations teams to leverage data insights for marketing optimization and decision-making, enhance field team execution effectiveness in omnichannel engagement, and strengthen capability building and training for field representatives
