Candidates must possess a complete and thorough understanding of the needs and challenges facing today's procurement organizations. A minimum of 5 years of Solution Consulting experience with finance and procurement solutions or comparable experience with the ServiceNow Platform is required, along with proven leadership experience in recruiting and developing high-performance teams. Strong people management skills, a passion for coaching and developing others, and proven ability in managing complex sales cycles with a track record of successful revenue attainment are essential. Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders at all levels, experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, and product development, and adaptability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment are also necessary. A passion for evangelizing capabilities on social media, a self-starter attitude for developing enablement and growth programs, strong leadership presence, a track record of consistent quota attainment and over-achievement, and a high degree of passion, energy, and drive are required, with a willingness to travel 50% of the time.
The Sr Mgr, Solution Consulting will partner with the Global Finance & Supply Chain SC leader to co-develop a go-to-market model for building a billion-dollar line of business. They will recruit and develop a team of AMS specialists to drive Source-to-Pay Operations as a strategic application platform, and define programs for enabling field sales and solution consulting teams to drive S2P sales, adoption, and value proposition. This role involves partnering with General Manager and Product leads of the Source-to-Pay business unit to build a successful 5-year roadmap, and acting as a trusted advisor and strategic team member to sales and company executives to understand market conditions, customer requirements, and challenges. The individual will assist in strategically planning GTM, solution capabilities, and strategic partnerships, influence and drive the right value model around pricing and packaging, and establish trusted relationships with product management, marketing, global sales leadership, professional services, and global alliance and channel leaders. Building strong relationships with executive leaders in customers and partners, driving a customer success focus, and fostering a win-as-a-team culture are also key responsibilities.
