Responsibilities

  • Supports the creation and execution of mid- and long-term strategies for the business through business, marketplace, and consumer research and analysis to identify growth opportunities. Partners cross-functionally with Design, Finance, Planning, Marketing, Sales, and Manufacturing
  • Builds the bottom-up seasonal line plan for a portion of the business, including growth drivers aligned with strategic direction, macro trends, revenue/productivity metrics, brand vision, and global customer needs
  • Participates and supports global waypoints and Go-to-Market activities, ensuring all calendar deliverables and deadlines are met
  • Provides leadership and guidance to cross-functional product teams, partners with functional peers to execute business direction and priorities, holds teams accountable, identifies best practices to improve communication, efficiency, processes, tools, and relationships
  • Provides commercial support for the US marketplace, including creating and executing marketplace segmentation across Wholesale, DTC, and eCommerce channels. Partners with Sales on product/pricing architecture, sell-in assets, and attends pre-line and key-account meetings
  • Performs other duties as assigned
