Requirements

  • Experience leading product roadmaps, capabilities, and OKR definition for AI-powered platforms or similar products
  • Ability to manage backlogs of features and enablers, including defining epics/initiatives, identifying dependencies, writing user stories, and sizing work
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business GM, Design, Engineering, Data/Analytics, architects, tech-ops, security, stakeholders)
  • Expertise in product vision, strategy, roadmap creation, and alignment with business priorities, objectives, and key results
  • Proficiency in agile ceremonies, PI planning, backlog prioritization, and product-level meetings
  • Capability to monitor trends, use performance data for insights on product health, technical health, and customer feedback
  • Experience tracking OKRs, coordinating product launches (beta testing, feedback, documentation), and driving value towards outcomes
  • Skills in fostering positive team culture through development and coaching (role may evolve to include direct reports)

Responsibilities

  • Define and socialize product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with the 5-in-the-box team; assess and refine as needed
  • Partner with Business GM and stakeholders to prioritize investments and develop business cases
  • Translate needs into short- and long-term product strategy via epics/initiatives aligned to targeted outcomes
  • Connect roadmap to value drivers, business priorities, OKRs, and strategic programs; align roadmaps, backlogs, capacity, timelines, and commitments
  • Define product OKRs aligned with business objectives to evaluate progress
  • Set direction for discovery work and ensure continuous exploration
  • Define features, identify dependencies, write user stories, and size work ahead of future quarters
  • Facilitate product-level ceremonies, meetings, and quarterly PI planning with product leadership team
  • Manage product-level backlog to align with vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Use performance data to identify issues, develop insights on product/technical health and customer feedback
  • Track and socialize OKR progress, reinforcing alignment with broader portfolio
  • Coordinate product launches, including beta testing, user feedback, and documentation
  • Serve as main point of contact for stakeholders to ensure cohesion for Claims Handling Intelligence Platform across claims platforms
