Responsibilities

  • Oversee deployment of development programs (mentoring, coaching, job-shadowing, rotational assignments)
  • Ensure Individual Development Plans (IDPs) are in place for critical roles
  • Manage the Engagement Survey process and follow-up actions
  • Partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and global teams to align talent initiatives
  • Coach leaders on talent processes, data analytics, and workforce planning
  • Coordinate with academic institutions for early career pipelines
  • Lead inclusive hiring practices and employer branding efforts
  • Develop and manage internship and graduate programs
