Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and performance of Promoted Listings across the buyer and seller ecosystems
  • Define and execute the vision for Promoted Listings in partnership with Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Product Marketing teams
  • Serve as the voice of Promoted Listings within the broader Ads business, driving clarity and prioritization across multiple stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics daily to identify opportunities and lead initiatives to drive growth, efficiency, and value to sellers
  • Anticipate and proactively address competitive developments and market trends to ensure continued product leadership
  • Foster a data-informed culture of experimentation and customer-centric decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to manage dependencies, remove blockers, and drive alignment on roadmap and business priorities
